  I do most of my grocery shopping here. Good brands. Good prices on most things. Nice natural foods section. Some produce is digusting at times and left on display for a long time after it is no longer fit for sale. Some of the deli staff clearly don't like their jobs and treat customers poorly if not ignoring them altogether.

  I would have given them 4 stars. Great selection, usually pretty quick, but this whole cost cutting thing is really making it easier for me to go elsewhere. While the new store layout is good, the produce has gone downhill, the pharmacy hours suck (can't get Gravol at 630pm on Saturday? Really?) and it just seems like the customer service is sliding.
  
  Now you have to put a loonie in to get a cart. If I wanted no frills, I would go there. I don't carry change on me, so I only buy what I can put in a basket, until they start asking for a deposit on baskets.

  I used to go there quite often. But now you have to use a coin to get carts and was treated very rudely by the customer service representative in dealing with this very recent issue with a squirming 2 year old in my hands. There was a bunch of keys for carts right on the counter. So you lost a pretty big customer because of putting rude people in customer service rolls and not handling the change over to "no Frills" style shopping carts. There are a lot more options on the strip (at cheaper prices) and lo and behold, everyone was much nicer.

  Prices are rather high. I am able to get more deals elsewhere. I only shop at the superstore for a few things.
