  Good service... very pleasant...I ordered the 6 piece bucket..2 of the 6 pieces were very dry ..not happy..chicken should be juicy..

  Too bad there's not another KFC in Midland, because that way management would have to fix their problems. The front door would squeak for years and it still did the last time I went. If you are the only person there it takes 10 minutes just to get your meal and it isn't made fresh. If there is a normal line of people it can take almost half an hour to leave. This place is so unorganized that on a normal day without a line they just ran out of chicken. That is unacceptable. The chicken is also very greasy and it is not traditional of a KFC; thus why I call this location GFC- Greasy Fried Chicken. The restaurant itself could use a good clean too. For all of these reasons it is worth the drive to Orillia or Barrie for real KFC.

  The staff are wonderful, but the store it's self has become very run down since it had been updated in the early 2000's.
