  I've been going to Dillon's since they opened for business. I live in Oakville with a cottage in Honey Harbour and every time I go out for dinner with guests I always take them to Dillon's promising that once they try the Pizza they will have a hard time eating any other pizza again. Yes, it is that good, and the best pizza I've ever tried!!! The pizza is made in an Napoletano wood fired pizza style, so the dough is made and fermented for 5 days and the sauce is sourced from the volcanic soil of Italy. When you get your pizza add a sprinkle of sea salt and olive oil to make the already perfect, perfection. I wish there were a 6 our of 5 because Dillon's pizza deserves it.
  
  Best to call for a reservation because the popularity of this place is starting to spread so that even in the winter on a weekday the tables are full, though still worth the wait.

  First time visiting this restaurant, did not have reservations but we were accommodated (i would suggest reserving a table), friendly staff made you feel very welcomed. Food was amazing! Will be back again. Thank you for a great experience.

  Spent the day in midland and was looking for a place to eat. The location is great and the service was fantastic. Very friendly and welcoming of children. Was there with my wife and 2 kids. Ordered the godfather and the deacon. Also had the ribs appetizer. Ribs were very tender with a great sauce. The pizza was amazing and fresh. Didn't even need the olive oil for the crust although that's just an added benefit.
